Taiwanese Traffic Lights Left V1 Hand Traffic Version

THIS MOD STILL WORK BUT NO LONGER SUPPORTED, PLEASE USE BOB AND TWTLV2 INSTEAD.

The code of this mod is modified from ako_ako[JPN]'s Japanese Traffic Lights (LHT)　日本風信号機MOD (左側通行用), thanks a lot!

Right Hand Traffic version: Here

Support Language: English and Traditional Chinese

NOT Compatible with OTHER TRAFFIC LIGHTS MOD!!!! (Includes the right hand traffic version)

Honest question: What happens if you use this left-hand traffic lights mod in a savegame with right-hand traffic? Do the lights appear on the “wrong side” of the intersection (across the intersection), or does it cause some other glitch or crash?
