Description
Adds a spikestrip swep and entity that interacts with both Scars and Simfphys vehicles

Changes Ive Made
Spikestrip model
Supports Sandbox
Scars & Simfphys
Some tires may survive when rolling over the strip.

Dashkov & Magenta- Original addon
NotAKid- Literally nothing I guess other than making it work with Simfphys.

I hope this will get LVS support soon, being I've moved on from Simfphys; being we are kinda force to do so by the maker of Simfphy, being the new gas pumps do not work with Simfphys cars.
