PCC in Philly livery by kowkamurka. This model has a large chromed front light and chromed "wings" around it.
Looks just like good old PTC streetcar.

I just left the capacity used in default car as I had done with all my streetcars. It is definitely smaller than in reality but I hope Cities are the balanced game and I don't want to break the balance.

But you alway can edit the capacity by some mods or even clone my tramcar on your PC. It is not forbiden!
