For Mac/Linux Users: We've been informed that you may be experiencing performances issues after the last update. But without the support of a proper development tool on MacOS/Linux we can't tackle it down. Sorry for the inconvenience.

WOTC - Extended Information!

After a lot of work, we are happy to bring you a WOTC enhanced and rewritten version of Perfect Information!

So, the aim of this mod is to provide you with the maximum details and information about what's happening on the battlefield.

FEATURES

General
  • Aim Assist display everywhere
  • Show Miss Chance instead of Hit Chance everywhere
Flyovers
  • Display Hit/Crit/Dodge Chances in Damages Flyovers during Battle (works with all types of direct damages)
  • HitChance is now displayed in Flyovers for non-damaging Abilities like Mind Control, Mind Spin and Mind Scorch!
ShotBar
  • Display Shotbar in ShotHUD
ShotHUD
  • Display Graze Chances and Crit Damage
  • Preview Minimum Damage in Battle when aiming at an enemy
  • Preview Hacking in ShotHUD when aiming at Haywire-able Enemy, or Hackable Objective/Item
ShotWings
  • Crit Damages Details in Right Wing and Damages Bonus Details in Left Wing
Tooltips
  • Reworked Soldier Info Stats List Tooltip shows when hovering mouse over Soldier Name
  • Reworked Soldier Buffs / Debuffs Tooltip shows when hovering mouse over Soldier Buff/Debuff
  • New Enemy Stats / Abilities / Buffs / Debuffs Tooltip shows when hovering mouse over enemy HUD Icon (little Heads over tactical HUD when enemy is in line of sight)
  • Reworked Weapon Tooltip shows when hovering mouse over Weapon Icon
  • Reworked Ability Tooltip shows when hovering mouse over Ability Icon
Mod Config Menu compatible
  • Allows other mods to be configurable through the in game options menu (MCM)

LOCALIZATION

We also added localization integration, so you can translate the little damage Strings into your language.

  • Cinematic Rapid Fire, which gives Rapid Fire and Chain Shot their cinematic camera back which was removed in the patch ages ago. Also gives the Reaper Banish ability the same improved look.
  • Shaken Scars are Back! The name says it all, but to those who weren't around for the first couple of months of XCom2, a feature was bugged out in a patch and never fixed, which randomly scarred shaken soldiers. This now means some, but not all, gravely wounded soldiers, not the "new" WotC shaken fatigue status.
  • Trainable Sparks (and other Buffs) WotC was one step forward, two steps back for SPARKs. As well as allowing training, also gives them access to breakthroughs for their weapons, an ammo pocket (ammunition only utility slot), and some hack progression.
  • Train from Armoury allows normal soldiers to jump straight to training from the armoury, just as faction soldiers can. The Training Center is still required to be built first of course!
  • Ability Interaction Fixes, which fixes up "Death from Above" and "Serial" not proccing from second shot kills of "Chain Fire"/"Rapid Fire" and some other ability interaction issues.
  • Original High Hit Dodge Behaviour, which restores the pre-patch behaviour where Hit chance over 100 gradually eliminated dodge chance, not immediately made dodges impossible once Hit chance is 100 or more.

Sorry to bother you, but I've noticed that between the health bar and the estamina of all my soldiers, there are some strange black bars, similar to the ones the Templars have with their focus. Is it possible that this is related to this mod?

PD: I also noticed that when I reload (I know, it's bad) in missions where there's an Alien Transmitter, suddenly a lot of lines appear below the transmiter health bar, similar to the previous problem. Does this happen to anyone else?

This mod doesn't have a loot preview... you want the configs of either Additional Icons (older mod) or Unit Flag Extended (newer mod)...

Hi, I can't seem to see this in the mod config menu which is where I assume I'm supposed to be able to turn off the loot preview? I love the mod but I don't want to know if I'm getting loot!

On my side, this mod in the "new launcher" has the yellow exclamation mark indicating this mod is only for "Xcom 2"
I do not see Flyover stuff or the config in the MCM for this mod. Im not using AML. Any idea to make that mod working without AML ?

I tried the fix said under, and it doesn't seem to work. Also, i noticed the RequiresXPACK=true was already written on the last line of that file. Despite rewriting it like RolmanIronman suggested, the mod is still considered as an Xcom 2 mod :(

The .XComMod file of this mod has in the description field all the steam markup. There are probably special characters that break the syntax, hence the last RequiresXPACK=true is ignored and therefore the launcher think it doesn't work for WotC. The description should either be simplify or properly escaped (if it's even possible).

If you are needing to use that fix then you are not using the Alternative Mod Launcher (which bypasses that check).. and you really should be using the AML for playing modded xcom2...
