Remove Weapon Upgrades

Description
Allow you to remove weapon upgrades and PCS instead of just replacing them when you are allowed to reuse them (such as Interchangeable Upgrades breakthrough), so you don't need all the placeholder upgrades/PCS to move your weapon upgrades/PCS around. Also adds a button in squad select to remove all weapon upgrades on weapons not brought into the mission.

REMINDER: This mod is NOT needed in LWotC as it includes the same functionality.

i will warn you it does change items to be individually buildable as well and i'm fairly certain you can't disable that functionality

I would also recommend you move over to prototype armory, which has this built in. with a mod menu setting. Which respects both Tesla's mod and Chosen Reward Variety

Setting that setting to true, works for "TeslaRage's loot mod" but not for the chosen weapons mod.
