This is a prelude to the creation of the MegaTower in Simcity COT

Good news. Your update did the trick after all. Appears that I failed to reload the updated asset yesterday. I probably forgot to quit out completely and then restart the game, because today the over-illumination effect is gone. Many thanks! :)

If you can't reproduce the same problem, then I suspect it probably is a mod conflict issue on my end. Not running either "Clouds and Fog Toggler" or "Daylight Classic", but I am using a whole slew of other mods - most of which should not affect rendering. but one never knows, I suppose. I had already done some testing by turning off "No Radioactive Trees " and the "Sun Shafts" among a few others, but it didn't help. Don't have time right this moment, but I will run more thorough tests shortly and get back to you!

I can't reproduce exactly the same effect as you,
I used the mod "clouds and Fog Toggler" and "Daylihgt Cassic", I try to test the different way of them but the asset looks fine
I always built my asset with the same technics... i don't know what's appened with this one

Sadly, despite the update the issue persists. :( Can also confirm I am now using the updated model you uploaded as I had to re-plop the instances of this building I had in my city. It sounds a little to me that you are not seeing this same "whiteout" effect on your end? Perhaps, if everything looks fine on your system, then I could be some kind of mod conflict over here?
