U-Luv-No-Lines Auto Registration [2x2 RICO]

Description
U-Luv-No-Lines Auto Registration by Exurbanite

Overview

***Will receive update soon***

A grungy roadside commercial suite from the '60s hosting a shady vehicle paperwork service.

I thought I'd take a little break from my usual storefronts by modeling this building I pass by on my daily commute. It came out better than expected and didn't take long at all to make, so I plan on doing more run-down shops like this in the future. Has no concrete/pavement surface so you can do whatever you like with the lot....if you want default pavement when placing the building, check out the Building Anarchy mod. Would look best when placed just outside your old town districts or generally in crappy parts of town.

@Dave Well IRL the building's near some railroad tracks by a small industrial area, so use that as a location idea.

Also I appreciate when people notice the little details I put in. I suspect many will probably overlook them, but I very much value quality over quantity...although I'll certainly strive for both.

I put it near my car dealerships--what better location?

I think they're doing more than car registration. I keep seeing cims coming out the back door carrying big wads of money. They may be playing high-stakes poker back there.

Thanks for adding realism by using a properly formatted North American phone number. While clearly fictitious (the 568 area code hasn't yet been assigned), it at least looks realistic. :)

@Michael The Colorful Summer Day LUT, looks great with daylight classic

@KingLeno Thanks man

@Madeushipurpants I hadn't thought of using my mid-century storefront as a kind of strip mall. Interesting.
