This mod adds a civic that basically lets you play as the Adeptus Mechanicus from 40k.
I’ve have achieved this by swapping out some of the spiritualist faction demands for a more robot/cyborg friendly religion.

There is also a mars starting system that starts you on mars with a machine planet texture and a tomb world earth.

Finally should you choose to play as the AdMech you can build Manufactorums that let you build Titan armies so long as you have mega-tech and a cyborg pop
Also if you play as a Megacorp you can build Manufactorums on other people’s worlds allowing other players (not AIs) to also build Titan armies, again so long as that planet has mega-tech and a cyborg pop.
