This game was Dead on Arrival for me at launch. The lack of content and outright lies about features, mind numbing and repetitive game play loop, made for a really disappointing experience that was definitely not worth the money paid. However; the developers have come an extraordinarily long was in the years since No Man's Sky was originally released and they have dedicated the time and energy to turn this game around and make it something truly unique. If you've noticed my playtime-on-record, I'm sure you that you understand - despite the negativity at the start of this post - that No Man's Sky is truly a hell of a game, and I wholeheartedly believe that Hello Games have redeemed themselves with their efforts.
