it's better than 1 and it was real gud. samurai dark souls but harder, deeper, more gear.

You get the feeling of having an army and a nation, but do you though? all the combat, mechanics, and countries are not exciting. it feels like you're doing something sorta, but then you realize it's just the ai fighting itself after you give vague directions. the air battle are just terrible. they just sort of happen without you ever knowing or seeing and one day one side is out of planes. the game is always horribly balanced after some patch, and with all the DLCs (per usual with Paradox) they might as well have just made it a subscription game.

what seems like a AAA+++ game and idea is a mess of over-complicated for over-complicated's sake non-sense that delivers as much punch as an empty punch bowl. The music sounds like it was made on a midi-synthesizer from 1995, also.

The controls are a nightmare. The character feels so useless and clunky. The tutorial is terrible because of the lack of direction, the crawling speed of the character, and the menu doesn't even give you complete controls of the game. So if you miss a sign in basic training (a GIANT island) then you're sool.

Combat is actually good once you manage to get to it. The top down view is absolutely unplayable for me. Human sight goes on for more than 40 yards. Getting equipment and such is extremely cumbersome and an utter chore that it became the reason for my refund. I see it's meant to add realism for supplies, but jfc give us a basic soldier's pack or something to start so we can go have fun instead of running errands forever. You're a guy with a pistol and hammer and no directions. Good luck.

all them dlc's and almost all of them have very bad reviews. the base game and maybe a couple dlc's on sale is all you need at most.

it's like super mega fun!

If you enjoy cut scenes (lots and lots of them), endless dialogue, short bursts of incredible violence, weapon upgrades and crafting, character leveling, world exploration, or the occasional penis then this is the game for you, especially if you also enjoy repetitive, predictable story telling that was written by a team of 13yo's jacked up on Monster and just the candy from their Lunchables.

it's broken af. stats disappear, 3rd string 60 rating QBs and WR can throw and catch all over you all day but any d line in the world will stop derrick henry, all this at any diff level, and i've messed with sliders sooooooooooooooo much. They clearly re-used stuff from years past, again, making me wonder wtf are they even developing? The community does a more accurate job with player ratings and roster updates. EA *does not care* about NFL football, they just want your money and we keep giving it them like dummies.
