6/10 just barely a thumbs up.

Bad:
The very beginning is a drag. The lamp mechanic to look into the other world and do all that stuff is cool 1/2 the time, and an utter pain in the bottom the rest. Having to do world interactions with your lil lamp and fight bosses at the same time is a bummer every time. There's not a lot of enemies between bosses it feels like. Almost like you're all dressed up with no place to go.

Good:
The combat is actually pretty intuitive and alright, complicated if ya want, easy enough to mash through. There's lots of weapons and armor pretty quick so save your pennies.

I got invaded twice and it was pretty stupid. Crazy power dudes with end game stuff wreckin ya, just like ER. I got it on sale for $30 and I feel like I paid too much, but it's kinda ok.
