Games as buggy as Skyrim, Sometimes i cant play ESO because of infinite loading screens. The game has 100% freedom to do what you want, But everytime you rob or kill an npc your marked as a fugitive. And when you go into town your stalked by god like guards who cant be killed.

ESO was a fun game, But with all the bugs and the game not having a concrete story. It gets old very fast.

Oh and avoid the Morrowind dlc if you like doing the main quests.

Greetings,

Thank you for taking the time to review The Elder Scrolls Online. We're sorry to hear you had issues playing ESO.

Guards will stop you or attack you if you kill an NPC or steal items. You can clear your bounty at a Thieves' Refuge if you can escape to one.

For long loading screens, please see this article: https://beth.games/38v17Bm. For assistance, and to report bugs, please contact Customer Support at help.elderscrollsonline.com. We also hope you will share your feedback with us at the help website. We are interested in hearing how ESO could have better fit the experience you are looking for.

Sincerely,
The Elder Scrolls Online Team

I think the default is mouse scroll wheel. The combat is horrific in 1st person.
