I bought this game and refunded it after how poor it performed just after release. There is no way I'm going to pay that much for a game which runs at 60-80fps max on my very new hardware, on lowest settings. Even with reflex+boost, I still feel mouse lag and a lot of system lag.

update I wouldn't buy this game even if it was 42% off. If I can't change settings to get 200 fps on my rtx 3070 and 5600x then it's just not a viable game.
