Finally released from Sony jail, Frontline-59 is a spectacular Jose Pavli music album with a story that rivals the mainline one in terms of how unhinged it is. Highlights includes the (in)famous tunnel mission and the final mission's boss fight. For a mere 2 dollars in my currency, this DLC is a steal for the music alone.

We are Barack, if a bit over-tuned. But the game is still in PSN jail. Come on Sony...

A very lukewarm 1.0 release honestly... VOID have been cooking for a whole year and it really felt like they went sniffing their own fart instead of actually making the game feel better. Sure you got a whole bunch of new weapons, maps and a sleuth of nice changes across the board but outside of the new SWAT AI, the game is devoid of an actual soul.

Enemy AIs are brutal at best and completely impossible at worst, certain levels feels like you're going up against some highly trained ex-SOF PMC terrorists and not delinquents or as the environment storytelling would want you to believe: Down-strucken members of society who took the violent path. Suspects will stand around mouthing about how everything in the world is messed up while training their kitted out AKM at the door of a barricaded shack that you're about to breach, be completely immune to CS gas, flashbangs or any forms of less-lethal.

Civilian AIs are set dressings or in your way, even with a firefight going on they will make the task of standing up and running in circle in front of two rifles trading shots their life goals.

All-in-all, I'm very disappointed that VOID have missed the mark on this. This game is brimming with potential and there are definitely passion and love here, but it's all misplaced. So until VOID actually puts what makes SWAT 4 good into RoN (Guys, you know you can reference it or even copy it and nobody would fault you right?) and get their ego checked, Ready or Not will never be ready to become a proper spiritual successor to its forebears.

An amazing game, made by an amazing studio. It's been so long since I've felt so invested, so wonderfully entertained and pleasantly treated by a game of this magnitude, a rare gem in this current day and age. Thank you, Larian. And start selling us some godsdamn DLC already!

Well... After avoiding it for so long, keeping it out of sight and out of mind, I've finally finished Outer Wilds alongside its DLC Echoes of the Eye. I didn't think this game would have such a profound effect on me, and it did so not once but twice, somehow even more with the DLC. I have no words but praise for this game, and I just want to say thank you to the guys and gals at Mobius for giving me Outer Wilds. It's an experience I could never have ever again, and I doubt anything will come as close as giving me all the feelings like this game did, how it changed my views on life as whole... I still get emotional, thinking about all that had happened and transpired during my time with it, and I am sad to now have to say goodbye. But in the true spirit of Outer Wilds Venture, a door closes, and another one opens.

Thank you, Outer Wilds.

TL;DR: You will spend 20 hours exploring and 5 minutes making friends with hundred thousand year old dead ghosts before crying uncontrollably to sleep with a smile. Buy it, it's worth it.

Well... What can I say about this? It's simple, quick, good fun and an addictive time killer. Buy it if you haven't, you won't ever regret it!
