I play primarily on the Steam Deck nowadays and VT4 isn't compatible with Linux. You may want to consider going on the high seas to play it and there are Remote Play alternatives out there as well.

If you're really looking to play with people on Steam, check out the PC TennisGames Club Steam group. They're pretty friendly and you should be able to find someone to play with.

According to SteamDB, it looks like Remote Play Together was enabled despite the game being delisted. Alternatively, online functionality still works if you're able to connect via Games for Windows Live so either method should be fine.
