Meanwhile, ordinary users were left without the usual harmless mods that just made the gameplay easier for them.
One day, I wanted to install a mod for VRC+ features, since I'm from Russia and I can't buy a paid subscription, plus I don't have any money at all. The mods would be useful to me to improve the quality of the game and search for avatars, no more. I have never had a goal to crash or insult anyone... And now I see this wretched update with anti-cheat and I understand: "I can't install mods anymore, and I've never ever played with them. My dream is broken." Now, because of the update, I also doubt my security and stability of the game. Honestly, this is the stupidest decision of the developers. Toxic and dangerous players will not disappear with the advent of the cheat, their update will provoke them on the contrary, and ordinary players will no longer have advanced features and QoL mods. And yes, crash avatars and toxic players will remain.

EAC will ruin:
-Unusual gaming experience and funny moments (SoundPad and some funny avatars, which could hardly be found by ordinary methods to decorate the gray gameplay)
-Security (Due to the fact that anti-cheat scans some system folders)
-Performance (Anti-cheat scans drivers and some of the features to improve performance will be unavailable, besides anti-cheat will work in the background during the game)
-The gaming experience of Linux players (They will simply not be able to launch the game, in any way, ever)

The best solution would be to REMOVE anti-cheat from VRChat, because anti-cheat is ONLY suitable for competitive games and shooters where honesty is important. In the case of this game, anti-cheat simply destroys the whole community into several parts and up to half of the players can simply leave the game. And yes, Linux users are not required to install Windows because of this filthy update. You've ruined everything yourself, developers. Thank you and goodbye.
