StS rocks. Fast, deck builder "dungeon crawler" roguelike. Fun time killer.

Monster Train is a ridiculously addictive rogue-like deck builder. The premise is that you're racing to Hell with the last spark of demonic fire to reignite the bowels of your home. Heaven is trying to stop you. The demonic fire is called your pyre and sits atop the fourth story of your train. The bottom three stories is where you defend against the waves of attacking Heavenly mercenaries. Gameplay is excitingly quick and punchy. Power-ups galore. Oozing with upgrades. Full of rare cards.

This game has an unusual idea packed into a fun as Hell package. Love it!

A father/son bonding game.

A trippy rogue-like RPG through the land of the dead. Meet strange lost souls on your journey. Some make allies, others want to drink your blood and make necklaces out of your finger bones.

Brutal base/crafting survival game set in the Amazon. Everything can (and will) kill you if you aren't savvy. Amidst the methods of death: wild animals, natives, disease, poison, starvation. Perhaps one of the more fun ones is the sanity index. Lose your mind and you start hearing and seeing things that aren't there. Sandbox and campaign modes available. And the fun is increased with MP survival. Devs update frequently, making this a fun one to explore over and over.

Warhammer 40K: Gladius is Civillaztion without the religion and diplomacy. Everyone is your enemy. Wipe them out

Card Hog is an addictive, fast-playing card game in which you play a pig hero. You slide cards into one another. Each card has an attack and defense rating. gameplay is as quick as you can slide cards into one another, which pulls cards behind you. Monsters, weapons, and power-ups litter the levels. As do random events and bosses. Card Hog is good fun.

A fun horde/wave action game, pitting you and up to 3 other players or bots against countless minions. Sub bosses and epic boss fights litter the various levels. 5 different classes with multiple sub-classes that keep the game fresh and exciting. Lots of strategy involved; on the surface however, it feels like mindless hack n slash mechanics. Definitely one to put in your library for the co-op experience.

Overall, yes. Falls in the footsteps of an isometric-view turn-based strategy akin to XCOM. Setting is wild west horror replete with sprinklings of prairie tell horror tropes. Such as: the devil in the crossroads, blood-thirsty cultists, and all variety of the dead and damned. The game struggles with clunky design intermixed with otherwise good ideas (such as fog of war not covering shadows cast by invisible enemies in cover). I've encountered a few bugs that make me have to replay chunks of the game too, which isn't all that fun. 6/10
