Precious little gem of a game. I had fun throughout and am kinda bummed it was really short. BUT I was happy they've made a sequel with a hinting of a third one.

Not your usual hidden object game, since you're given images of what to look for instead of words, which is way more effective for me. The translations in HOGs are notorious for being either way too specific (why are there so many sextants!) or using a word so left field you don't actually know what you're looking for (hand tool??? HAND TOOL???).

I really loved the graphics (but I have to clarify I wasn't in fullscreen), everything was crispy and bright. It felt very fantastical and nostalgic. I loved the different worlds and the different mirrors.

I really liked this game, I don't know why. It was just pretty fun to me. I wish the character models for the family looked better since they all looked like pieces from a Barbie set. The conversations between the mom and the mirror were amusing.

Oh maybe my one complaint was the Forest/Faun World where you had to figure out the code for the faun's stash. With no way to go back to a previous location without completing the one you're on, you'd have to use a walkthrough to get the code since there was no prompting that you had to memorize anything.

Overall, it was enjoyable. Gogii Games really pick some nice content (at least for me, I was happy enough with it). I'd get it on a sale since it's really short but the time you spend on it feels very much worthwhile.
