LOL "pays". I've known Freeze since at least 2015 and he's been a head admin of my community and servers since 2016. He has contributed more to the CS community in a handful of years than you've contributed to everyone in your life combined over the course of your entire existence. Dude barely plays CS these days and would mop your entire friends list while headbanging to death metal and playing chess with his girlfriend. AND....he is half blind. So you and your whole squad basically got your whitey tighties wedgied over the top of your heads by a dude who could technically hang a handicap sign from his rear view mirror and get the best parking spots. Go hide in your safe space underneath your blankets and put another tear soaked entry into the secret diary you keep under your pillow.
