it feels terrible seeing bots and rmt absolutely overrun and ruin the game and no matter how much i love the game i just cant see myself going forward anymore. it devalues any effort you might put in and your every action feels pointless when someone can spend 100 dollars with the rmt and catch up hundreds of hours of grind on the cheap while the same people they bought from overrun and destroy the game. i watched my server go from a quite lively experience to a ghost town filled with thousands of bots in no less than a month and honestly aside from potential server merging or transfer my experience is basically already over and i havent logged in for over a week now. my guild that was once 29 people is now 6 and 5 of those are me, the last is my friend who hasnt logged on 3 weeks and outside of punika there are more bots than people and that is not even remotely an exaggeration. It's a game which asks you to either spend a tremendous amount of time or money but then allows others to cheat with impunity, i saw a post of a chinese rmt with dozens of bots open on a single computer screen making fun of people grinding ilvl to get to valtan and it just clicked in my head what a waste of time it was, i was at 1403 and im just grossed out by the state of it already i cant imagine what it will look like a year from now. there are rmt advertising fearlessly at 1370 clearly mass farming argos already for the gold to sell, the game just feels like it has no future for anyone with even a modicum of self respect. sorry, i want to love this game but amazon cant handle it and the damage is done already.
