This game is depressing no matter what you do...
I guess art really does imitate life.
With that being said I do highly recommend the game.

Terrible controls
Get stuck on literally anything
Solid 1 second of input delay
Locked into 3-5 second animation every time you investigate something
20 minutes in I was already hoping both characters die due to cringe dialogue

Worst $30 I have ever spent, easiest refund of my life.

This game should have been an Epic Games exclusive title.
For no reason other than it saving me 1 hour of my life and $60.
Another half baked game with a half baked development team.

Village of Shadows will make you question why you are even alive.
With that being said I highly recommend this game, especially if you like suffering mental anguish.
Overall 9/10!
