Keeps crashing while trying to either resume campaign or mission select, any work arounds?

I can't find anyone in Infinite Warfare Zombies. Is this a problem? Does anyone want to play with me? If you want to play together, add me as a friend.

This is the first time I've played it, and after setting up the main menu and starting into the game at the very beginning of the animation, the game would get stuck and then quit when the first line of narration came out.
