-Incompetent devs
-Don't listen to community feedback
-Don't fix the game-breaking bugs that have existed for years but fix small stuff and pat themselves on the back
-Relese unnecessary DLCs that nobody asked for
-1 new feature, 100 new bugs

TL;DR
Devs couldn't care less about their own community, don't buy
