if Genshin, ARK and Pokemon had a threeway baby, it would be Palworld.

Movement is very similar to Genshin in both looks with stamina bar but also with climbing and gliding.

ARK-like survival aspects with the item unlocks at each level and overall survival implementations.

Pokemon monster collecting system(which i hope is obvious at this point)

Huge map, better progression than ARK, and other Survival games I've played, which encourages exploration and capturing other Pals (as they're called)

The game is unnecessarily difficult. The game design is objectively worse than the newer games, which I thought could've been since the original is "old", but it released in 2011...
The "remaster" addition to the title probably doesn't do much. There's room for so many QoL adjustments/additions.
I haven't gotten far at all, I'm at the third boss and I wouldn't have known where to go without finding a walkthrough.
As a remaster the game is unnecessarily difficult, if you accidentally roll into a corner and an enemy is beside you, GG, you are not getting out unless you kill them, no amount of rolling can get you out at all.
And when the run back to the boss is filled with "assassins"/thieves and bleed-hounds that don't lose aggro it feels like a chore to play the game.
While it has a "Classic" status among games, it really doesn't hold up. In the numerous videos I've seen on the Dark Souls franchise as a whole, Dark Souls (the first one) has in almost every video, been reviewed somewhat poorly with the main point I stated above (game design).

Or maybe I just have to git gud...
After all, the first souls game I got far into was Elden Ring

I really like the Final Fantasy franchise, but god does it make me sleepy
I can't play for more than 30 minutes of any of the FInal Fantasy 7 games with out dozing off for more than an hour each time.

Feels like a FromSoftware game.

Sequel to War Robots

Not really a fan of D&D, nor D&D-like games, however as a RPG Fantasy game enjoyer, I like this game. It looks great visually and personally I have had to get used to the dice rolling and movement in the game. The price is steep, but it seems like you can get a lot of hours of playtime if you really want to in this game, which is nice. The multiplayer is also great and makes the game definitely more enjoyable.

The game is ok, but for the price I think its a bit too much for what the story is.
I haven't completed the original FFVII so I can't say how much different it is, but I completed the story in less than 20h. (I think I fell asleep a few times because I stayed up late so you can probably complete it in less) However I haven't really done any side quests, so if you go all out 100% completion it is probably longer.
Still, this doesn't change the fact that the game is priced at ~80€ where I live. If you find it during a sale it might be worth it, but only if you genuinely want to complete it in my opinion.
The graphics however are really good and the game performed well on my pc. I would say that the graphical quality was almost identical to the cutscenes, which is insane.

If you like RPGs/JRPGs this is a great game to discover the FInal Fantasy series. As the games don't have any other connection except similar items/enemies, it doesn't matter which one you play first. FFXV was my first "real" introduction to the series which I've grown to love. What I enjoy about this game is the combat, it is not restricted by turns or a "turn meeter", its almost just hack n slash combat, but you have some spells or abilities to use as well. The story is supposed to be pretty good, however I have not finished the game myself so I won't comment on that for now.

If you happen to find the game on sale, definitely buy it if you like RPG fantasy games.
