The best Fallout game.

This DLC breaks more than it adds.

It's no longer possible to boost ideology in nations within your faction, so look forward to carrying dead weight.

Most of the focus tree content focuses on non-aligned government types, and the non-aligned government type is absolutely useless. It also lumps anarchists together with monarchists, as if they are at all comparable.

They spent a year on this. What is interesting about that is that a group of modders could do a better job, a few hours a week, and for free.

Why are paradox so disgustingly lazy?

I recommend, because it will engage you for a while, but I would say that this game is quite rudimentary in its mechanics. Coming from Company of Heroes 2 it is a bit of a micro management nightmare, and a lot of it feels unnecessary.

It really wants to be realistic, but it's not sophisticated enough to do it. On average, especially in single player, there is too much to think about for real time strategy. Units aren't smart enough to maintain themselves without constant hand holding or direct control. Using medics is an absolute nightmare.

When the series still had a soul.

Plus, it still runs fairly well.

The new naval system makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

I like everything about this game.

People spend hundreds, if not thousands, or hours on this game, but complain about paid DLC.

Then they go to an arcade, pay £/$1 a go on a generic light gun game and don't say a thing.

Really tempted to uninstall.

This species will be the most annoying you ever encounter, for many reasons. For me primarily, if you open up a migration treaty with ANYONE then you inevitably face hundreds of lithoid species flying over the border. They are everywhere.

Their 40% habitability bonus is ridiculous.

It is enjoyable, but even despite the inclusion of tanks and guns, it's still a kids game.
