Early Access Review
Game has low fps no matter what you do and almost always stutters. I've tried everything under the sun to get this to work with my 16gb of ddr4, i7-7950 4,0ghz hexacore, and my gtx 1650. The game is fun, but it NEEDS optimization. When this game runs the way it's supposed to I will change my review over to a good one. Until then it's a big fat, don't buy this

Well even on all low settings the game still stutters and stuff
So not much to do on my end
It's something I often see as in issue in Unity games
Not all of them though, specially potatoer looking ones like this game

I see, I did learn that it's the shading that is super unoptimized. If you turn that off (makes the game fugly) my FPS skyrocketed. The large buildings (skyscrapers) also tank performance. The shading part is.. quite a big hurdle to optimize on a technical level. Think of it this way, shadows in this game are ALL created procedurely, which means every block, every interior, every hole in a wall has to have it's lighting calculated, which.. puts a ton of strain on equipment. It sucks, but realistically it's something that will take a lot of processing power to handle, again since shadows aren't baked into the environment.

looking at performance optimizer, it's just always been destroying gpu not cpu

Yeah the whole machine is upgraded, ssd, ram, cpu, gpu, etc...

Did you ever upgrade your CPU? The one you have listed in the review is quite dated.

Coming back to this review, after being annoyed by their release of a new game without fixing their previous one, this still runs like shit with a 30 series card and all

@Morbus47 I've tried many things and that includes running the game with everything on the absolute lowest settings. Turning these things off made no difference.

Turn off motion blur and godrays. Problems solved. Runs at 90-100 FPS.
