Does what Doki-Doki Literature Club couldn't by being a 3D first person game, rather than DDLC's limited nature of being a visual novel. Now that's not to say DDLC isn't a fantastic experience, but MiSide capitalizes on it's 3D engine in surprising ways and ends up being a satisfying refresh of the genre that DDLC made popular. With Peaceful Mode (reminiscent of the popular mod Monika After Story), an English dub, and promises for new endings and new ways to interact with the game's characters in development, now is the time to buy.
