Me and my wife are currently playing through this game, we have previously played the other games from Hazelight and we have loved each one.
For us it is currently Game of the year.
100% recommend this game if you have a partner or friend that you would like to play a story driven game with really fun gameplay and a lot of nods at other franchises and games with different easter eggs and mechanics.

We finished the game.. after about 20 hours of taking it easy and seeing everything that we could find on our first playthrough.. We have come to the conclusion that this is our favorite game by far, an absolute piece of art and we are already on our way to play it all over again because it is just so amazing, we have plans to play this while streaming for all our friends and just gonna have a blast.
If you don't feel like paying for 2 copies for achievements on both ends, you can just get friends pass which is great. Hazelight Studios, Thank you!

I have played all 3 games in the trilogy and from my experience the 1st one was the absolute best story wise, 2nd one was best gameplay sandbox wise, this one... ehm.. story was good.. other than that it was a lot of bugs and had to reload chapters a lot.. the ending was also very abrupt and buggy aswell it was just weird.. sadly not fully recommending this one.. I did enjoy the game because.. Lucius.. but can't tell someone to "hey play this game" without also informing about certain bugs that had me reload some chapters like chapter 4 for instance with a certain creep where I had to move a curtain that sometimes wouldn't exist, and when it did I couldn't move it.. as an ending to the franchise from the looks of it, it is not the greatest at all.. the ending like I said was very sudden.. and felt lackluster.

Played the demo and loved it, never got around to getting it and then my wife got it for me and I was hooked immediately, really looking forward to the dlc that is said to release summer 2025.

UPDATED:
Recommend yes and no. For me it is a 100% now that everything finally works. But I can't recommend it incase said solution do not work for everyone. But the game is great so far and I really enjoy playing it while streaming it for my girlfriend.

@Rambley the Raccoon came with a solution that fixes every single problem in the cons section:

* Change to FSR3 and change the option to quality. Set the target frame rate to what your monitor can handle.
* Then change your image sharper to 70. And set your Screen Percentage to 66.
* Switch Frame Generation to on.

After doing all of this my game is now running very smooth and I can finally finish it and actually play it.
Without doing these settings I would not recommend the game, but with them in I very much would recommend the game.
HOWEVER: The players shouldn't have to be the ones fixing a game, hence I keep the review on a "do not".

Pros/Cons

Pros:
The graphics are great as usual in these games by supermassive like Man of Medan, Until dawn, and so on.

Story is nice so far from what I have experienced.
Chapter/choice select- if you want to go back and change anything, or just forgot/missed a collectible.

There are a lot of Dead By Daylight easter eggs for those that have played/know anything about that game.
It takes place in the same universe as DBD so there is some added lore and references.

Cons:
As soon as I touch the Graphics section to change them the game crashes..
Will try to play without changing a thing and see what happens

The graphics can be changed to ultra and everything, EXCEPT for when you get to "low" setting the game crashes for some reason.
Pressing "Quit to main menu" Crashes the game.
Game crashed as I got to the 1980 section of the game right after a scene and now I can’t progress anymore.

Even if the game graphics are as good as the dark pictures and so on, the game seem to be following the same trend as a lot of other games these days which is to require pretty strong cpu and gpu even if the game itself is seemingly no different than a game made 10 years ago for instance.

There are skillchecks in some sections of the game but there is some latency to it for some reason.

My machine can run everything so it is not a pc issue it is a game issue.

Great game!
Gameplay is great, takes a little to get used to maybe, but very easy to learn in my opinion, very fun gameplay with a great story. Good graphics with some interesting maps. The multiplayer pvp community seemed somewhat active when I went for the multiplayer achievements so I got them after one game.
I found the story engaging in most parts but what I loved the most was the bond you built with your titan.
If you like Apex Legends you will probably be familiar with the moveset of the game with all the wallrun and such.

10/10- Would go to battle with BT again
