Speaking of bugs, it seems the crime system isn't broken after all; just a cryptic monolith that impedes progress. However, once you learn the game, it becomes clear the crime system is actually genius. You will get caught unless you're extremely meticulous about being seen, and building your reputation through quests and trade. One mistake and you'll get caught.
However, you can game the crime system effectively; there's just a large difficulty curve if you're used to games like Skyrim. As the spiritual successor of Skyrim, in my opinion, KCD2 is far beyond Bethesda games in difficulty and depth.
That's about it. It still has issues, but now that I know how to play, it's a cinche.
8/10 Game ✨️
Possible 10 with bug fixes and mods. I'd recommend this game to anyone who enjoys in depth RPG systems.
