Great game!

The middle of the game drags on a bit, and the carrying/moving objects is a pain, but the overall game was good!
Jumpscares were well-placed. And the story had a surprisingly good conclusion!

Compared to a lot of indie horror games I have played, this one is also quite pricy, but I won't discredit an indie dev for NOT underselling themselves!

Not a bad concept but the gameplay is flawed and poorly explained.
The game makes you think it is a normal anomaly-style game. See an anomaly - report it.
But this is not the case.
The gameplay requires you to make educated guesses in an ever-changing environment, more-or-less gaslighting you into thinking something is an "anomaly" or "danger" and reporting it - only for it to be incorrect.

What the game DOESN'T tell you is that the cabins can arrive in changed states, and it is up to you to determine if the contents of the house/NPCs are moving or change while you're in there.
Game has huge potential, but is ultimately let down by very poor instructions and explanation.

As it stands right now, the game seems needlessly confusing for the sake of padding playtime. If explained properly/if you know how to play - the game takes about 15-20mins to complete.

One of the strangest games I have ever played.
But it is a MUST PLAY!
Super funny, and super unique in every way.

Another banger from Critical Reflex!

I wanted to enjoy this as I have been waiting for the launch for quite a while, but it just wasn't fun.

The controls are annoying and feel like they're fighting you.
The aspect ratio of the camera/game window is weird and not even 4:3, drastically restricting your FOV on top of the very poor lighting in game.
The objective is clear but no indication of where to go to find the raccoons to photograph. The radar used for this purpose pings randomly sometimes with no raccoon in sight.
I hit several bugs including 2 huge ones where the boat FLEW out of the water into the surrounding forest, forcing me to restart with no progress saved/checkpoints.

Overall the game has promise but needs a lot fixed. It feels like Don't Scream or Silent Breath where it's just a bunch of creepy assets thrown together with a poor gameplay execution. I've played a lot of indie horror for my channel, some more and some less expensive, and I simply can't recommend it.

Let me start by saying: I NEVER play RPGs.

I was skeptical to buy this but since I did, I haven't stopped playing!
Super cute game, super silly at times, and very well-made for such an indie game. The level of QOL features is remarkable, and I cannot wait to play more!

This very well may be my personal indie GOTY for 2024.

One of the most interesting and unique concepts in a singleplayer game that I have seen in a LONG time.
Very simple design, with an eerie atmosphere that makes you question everything. Why are you here? Why are you doing this?
Another banger from Critical Reflex, and huge props to Julien Eveille for the originality behind this one!

Really solid game with a unique and interesting story.
Actually scary, and kept a solid pace throughout. Definitely worth picking up.

Only downside is the use of AI voices. Hopefully in future releases the devs use actual VAs.

Just another example of indie games being king and triumphing over AAA garbage. You can see the passion and personality put into the game from start to finish. Big props to Paperhead te4m!
