There's a 129KB patch for this game made by fans. it fixed crashes, increased my FPS and the stability of it and gave me more options to adjust the in game settings.

129KB. That's all it took to make this game more playable, yes Square Enix cannot take half a day out of their time to make this PC port far more playable.

Thanks fans for fixing the game but it's a hard thumbs down for buying a game that the player has to fix.

Please remember the game came out in 2009, when almost every game was made for 2gb. One of the patches in FF Fix is a tool you can use for many old games to allow them more access to 4gb, which fixes loads of crashes for machines that this game wasn't and couldn't be designed for. 1080p was the most broken thing on release, everything else is due to updated technology, like how you can't play older games without a virtual machine for an older operating system
