Made my RGB go out.
Hilarious voice acting and voice lines.
Animations are slow.
F2P early access though, so hopefully they'll improve along the way!

You break things in order to craft things.
You need to craft sturdier tools in order to break sturdier things.
Repeat.

Somehow, Dysmantle has managed to make this simple gameplay loop really enjoyable.

Crafting also yields permanent upgrades, weapons do not break down, crafting food gives permanent benefits. Makes it all a lot less tedious.

Nice combo of city building and survival. The addition of cards are a good way to pace the game without hindering the flow of the game.

Don't restart when things go south. Population is bound to go down quickly in case of a crisis (e.g. no food, tools, X years after a population boom, ...) but recovery is certainly possible. Only once you have reached tools and medicine is when you've passed the early game - it gets significantly more easy after that point, yet remains challenging enough to keep being fun.

Worth pointing out is that there is no combat. Military buildings instead convert resources into influence points, which can be used to gain territory for expansion. Don't over expand, however, as influence is also used as upkeep for your territory. The cost will be paid in gold should you run out of influence. This balance is what gives the player a purpose during the mid game - improve your economy in order to afford the space you need to expand the economy.

Haven't reached late game yet, so can't comment on that yet.

Certainly worth the price if you're into survival city building.

Better than I expected.
Physics-based sandbox with missions, progression and even a storyline!
Looks better while playing, has plenty of little details.
And most importantly: it's fun to play.

I can only recommend it to people who are ready to dedicate themselves to learning this game.

I'm sure that treasure lies beyond the steep learning curve, but the learning curve is too steep for me.
There is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of everything - equipment, stats, skills, etc.
Although I'm not afraid of learning how to play a game, but with this one I don't even know where to even start.

Graphics are still acceptable, loading screens are about 2 years shorter than those in GTA5, controls are smooth for the most part... (Lower mouse sensitivity if the aiming feels like it skips a lot of pixels, though)

There are some side activities like bowling and darts; eating and drinking; shopping for clothes; etc., but they are slightly more limited than those in San Andreas. NPC's want to go bowling a bit too often from time to time, though.

The world is a bit less colorful, especially at dusk. San Andreas and GTA5 are a bit more vivid, but the grey city fits the setting for GTA4 perfectly - a colorful world would even feel a bit off.

Still a great game, so play it before it gets too outdated ;)

Great turn-based roguelite where every map is like a little puzzle game. The story even justifies the roguelite mechanics!

A true life-saver. But incorrect dosage can do more harm than good.

Game gets complicated quite quickly. Keeping track of what is being made and what is needed for it is difficult to keep track off, largely due to UI design.

Very basic, it's a nice concept but could use a lot more polishing and content.
There are some bugs, some visual glitches and a lot more content is needed to justify the price tag.

Also the game has frame drops at increasingly smaller intervals while the park expands, but the size of the parks does not justify dropped frames especially since it's 2D.

I know you're a single developer so I give a thumbs up.
Try to do more patches though, so that future costumers will like the product more.

A game that is playable is only half the work done.
Polishing and bug fixing is what makes the game complete ;)
