requirements

You must reside in Australia - no offence to our overseas friends we just play with a low ping limit.
You play as a team and dont go 'lone wolf' unless the play/strat requires it.
If someone makes a mistake dont judge harshly (we all make mistakes and have some bad days. Cursing the game is fine, but please try to refrain from bad sportsmanship)
We all give and accept orders as well as negotiate strategy as a group each game, we are looking for someone who can follow orders exactly as well as give valuable input into play-making.
We don't expect you to know all the call outs, We are learning more or making our own each day. It would be nice if you have a great memory and can use the call outs well and try to give as minimal false-calls as possible.
We need someone who can deal with alot of information at once and can adapt to whats happening.
You must have a Mic. Obviously you are not required to use it 100% of the time.
Please don't abuse your mic, it's not nice to constantly hear static or really loud, distorted music. If you have a mic use it for call outs and strategy only, especially if somone is trying to clutch. During lobby time and out of game, anything goes!
Age is no problem for us. our youngest member is 16 and the oldest is 33. Just be kind and courteous, try your best and make an effort to research, share techniques / strategies and always try to improve your game.

When playing under the group name please remember that you are representing Flash Force and will be removed from the group for being disrespectful (no racism or harsh verbal slander in game chat both txt and voip. Usual, mild trash talk in good jest is acceptable)
