Any reason why this game changed his name from "Kingmaker" to "King's Heir" recently?

Is that even possible? Completing a scene in 1 minute in all the other games was always a pain in the butt and you absolutely had to practice a scene over and over again until you knew every location of the items. But doing this in 20 seconds now? That sounds like a real struggle....

I'd like to buy this game while it's on sale, but there's no 'add to cart' button. Does anyone know how I can purchase it?
