Game has unpatched RCE security vulnerabilities. If you want to play online safely, use Plutonium.

Should have grabbed this game when it came out on xbox 360. Campaign was great. Missions were epic, engaging, and had great story telling. This is leagues better than the recent modern warfare reboot that activision churns out these days. Worth the price. Story wise at least. Aint gonna worry about multiplayer.

Wow, MW3 ends with a bang!

I never really liked MW2 even if it is often praised as "the best in the series", or even best of the entire CoD franchise.

MW3 I feel tones down the over the top macho stuff (don't worry there's still tons) and keeps it a little bit more grounded in the dialogue.

The missions kick absolute ass! It's WW3 and we know it, this is it, the final showdown between good (the West) and evil (ze Ruzzians). Hearing Germans shouting in German and being on the good guys side was cathartic as ♥♥♥♥.

The missions are varied and never gets boring, all until the end. The mission structure is a bit easier to follow and the combat satisfying as hell!

I didn't die as much this time, and the campaign clocked in at a little over 5 hours.

This is obviously a game one should only ever get on sale (the constant 66% steam sales that happen, uhm, every other week for CoD), and of course it does still feel overpriced at 20€ for a game that is 14 years old at this point.

It was nice to finally see the ending and play MW3. As a "trilogy" I do recommend getting MW1 - 3 just to see some history of the FPS genre, even if it will set you back a total of 60€ (man, the trilogy should be just 1 game at this point, kind of like Mass Effect Legendary Edition, shouldn't it?)

A weird little bonus is that GTA V obviously ripped off 2 of the missions from MW3, really bizarre, but you'll notice it if you play this game after having played GTA V. Very strange.

Do I recommend it? Absolutely, but you need to play MW1 and MW2 as well before you get to this one.
