Dear, Survivors

Here is the next small hotfix to improve player experience for the saddles and settlements update.

- Fixed Tutorial UI prompt issue while using Fixed mode (Press Space bar now to close the window on screen)
- Fixed Inventory UI issue that was impacting some players
- Fixed error with localization showing english words
- Fixed issue with food auto spoiling vehicle
- Fixed dog not respecting commands/kennel
- Fixed unable to access saddle issues
- Fixed newly added building actors to now take damage (Shed, Awning and Stable, these buildings are different type of building not used before so they have new health system placeholder for now DMG wont show in dedicated server but the building will destroy)
- Fixed horse not eating red berries
- Added horse call (Hold H key)
- Adjusted spawn priority when loading back inside a building to avoid player falling
- Fix for new large lake not allowing collection of dirty water
- Removed shadow from stones to help with performance
