Cost for plot : 50000 (I think this price is reasonable)
Cost per month : 3000
Generate Electricity: Yes (1250)
Generate Water: No
Generate noise: Noise accumulation 75, Noise Radius 150
Generate pollution: Pollution accumulation 10, Pollution Radius 10

*@aubergine18 People need to know, its not possible to put it under Ships tab since then it act as a harbour and can only be placed at shorelines (Between the land and the sea). Therefore I have decided to put it under electricity tab with wind turbine as its based or else it cannot be built over water.
