Description
This mod tweaks and changes various aspects of Stellaris.

You gain score from military power.

Leader level cap increased from 10 to 25.

Doubles war exhaustion gained from having a planet destroyed.

A planet must have less than 25% health to disable an FTL inhibitor, as opposed to less than 50%.

Halves the cohesion penalty from a new federation member joining.

Makes all bombardment slightly stronger by increasing the maximum possible damage by about 20%.
Halves the days between pop death when bombarding from 10 days to 5 days.

Increases the required distance to take control of a starbase from by 50%.

Combat Width on a planet has been increased. Used to be a base of 5 then each additional planet size gave 0.2 combat width. It now gives 0.6 combat width per planet size.

Halved the cooldown to reform government from 20 years to 10 years.
Reduced the cost to reform government from 250 influence to 200.

Increased the base admin cap to 60
The effects of empire sprawl on Tradition and Technology Cost is INCREASED by 50%

Tradition Cost is slightly decreased overall, by about 25%, and the "exponential cost modifier" is reduced from 1.7 to 1.6.
The cost multiplier for adopting multiple tradition groups is halved.
This results in gaining multiple groups faster, and is balanced with an increased number of tradition trees in mind.

Increased maximum trade deal length from 30 years up to 100 years

Subject integration cap has been increased from 1 to 5.

Each pop in the empire now gives 0.1 naval capacity.

The base number of megastructures you can construct simultaneously has been increased from 1 to 2.

Decreased the number of days a resolution will be on the senate floor before being passed/failed to 720 days.
Decreased the time before another resolution in a given category can proposed again to 720 days.
Decreased the time before a referendum of a given type can be proposed again to 1260 days.
Decreased the time before a country can enact another veto to 900 days.
Decreased the time before a country can propose another emergency measure to 900 days.

The Private Prospectors Civic for Megacorps has had its increase in administrative capacity increased back to 20, with the description adapted to reflect this.

Increased how much each admin cap tech increases admin cap by.

The number of trait picks is increased to 8 (Overwrites 00_Species_Archetypes to do so)

Makes the AI rather unlikely to take biological ascension or xeno compatability to cut down on the number of species templates.

Makes it so you can follow both the psionic path and the biological path together.

Everyone can take the nihilistic acquisition ascension perk.

Allows Rogue Servitors to create Ecumenopoleis.
Makes the galactic core dark.

Lightens borders and makes hyperlanes more transparent.

Additions:

Increased starting resource storage by 15000

More Random Names for Black Holes, Stars, and Nebulae.

Fixes:

Allows you to send Insults every day

Fixes turning a planet into a tomb world when bombarding it.

I like this collection of fixes and changes a lot but recommend that you remove the following: 'Lightens borders and makes hyperlanes more transparent'
Most players have mods that already accomplish this and it is more of a graphical change. It would lower conflicts. For now, I just place your mod towards the top and allow my other mods to overwrite these changes.
