I unsubscribed and resubscribed and it still won't show up. The rest of your assets still show up just fine, but this one still won't.

I'll try unsubscribing and resubscribing and see if that helps. I'm having the same problem with another group of assets from another creator too. Not sure why. If this helps, I may have to do the same with the others.

@mattiaspowerbomb hmm... there's nothing special about this one that could go wrong and not show up like others, perhaps some Steam error in downloading?

@majortm11 thanks! Young and Jacksons is probably inevitable for me to do, and the Guidlford Hotel looks like a lot of fun to try, you might see them soon!

For some reason this won't show up in my game, not in my Unique Buildings list, or through Find It. All your other assets show up fine. Any ideas?

May I suggest a few pubs and hotels that you may hopefully take into consideration because I would love to see some of these pubs as assets ( only if you can :D ) but the Young and Jackson Hotel, Melbourne. The Guildford Hotel, Perth. Hides Hotel, Cairns. or The Melbourne Hotel, Perth. Of course you dont have to but I just thought a few suggestions would be nice if you had the time :) thankyou!
