No these are pretty accurate. This is 191 Peachtree located downtown. The King and Queen in located on the Perimeter near Dunwoody.

the 2 top things on the building are different from one another. one is squared off and one is rounded. they are nicknamed the king and queen buildings. not saying that this is bad but just wanted to make some suggestions.

yeah a lot of my work has been rekajiggering the tris lol... i have a few hundred hours played so i'm familiar with the problems (i play with over 1000 assets)

based on other buildings i've downloaded i'm not sure anymore what 1:1 even is, they probably would be considered 1:1.5

be sure you get network extensions for the six lane highways, odd that the downtown connector is such a defining feature of downtown Atlanta but it really is.... snaking thru there with afterthought ramps tacked on all over lol
