I'm not sure if other people have found this bug, but if you buy this weapon as a traitor and then open the buy menu again, the equipment menu will be an empty grey box that's very difficult to close. I found a solution though, your traitor version of the weapon has 'SWEP.BASE = "weapon_base"', whereas the detective version has 'SWEP.BASE = "weapon_tttbase"'. Changing the traitor version to "weapon_tttbase" fixes the issue.

Could you implement a function where you can press reload to lock onto a person, enabling you to switch locations with them within a certain area? That would be extremely useful for traitors.
