This really reminds me of the abandoned factory at Caldè on Lago Maggiore in Italy. Post-apocalyptic bliss ^.^

While I adore your boats and nautical things, I do love some Lost Places. Wish we had more of them. :)

1024x1024 png should still let you keep a good amount of detail. One of the challenges of making assets is also to not add too much detail for the game. Especially since we look at it much closer when modelling it. ;)

yeah - i read about it - thats why i choosed jpg instead png - so the filesize is not too big. and i choosed 2048² because of the details .. most of them wouldnt be shown with a smaller resolution. - thats what i thought - i will make some test and then update the texture -

Looks great! I have to say the texture is very large for a prop - only really large unique buildings should have textures 2048x2048. ;)
