it seem if you get heartfire DLC saw mill can change the use of it
not all saw mill owner grant use of it some do if they need a break and dont need the money then you can work/make log you need as building material for the house's
im not sure if you even can fix this issus but again i use another mod for firewood chopper and im think disable your mod because a dlc has change you basic idea...
(i frikken hate chopping firewood on a cutting block)
