The one labelled Better Night Lights is the old version of BNL, I replaced it with the new one to use the change in opacity. Regardless of how it may look in the image above, it's not better quality, it's a noisy mess. It covers nearly the entire land area into pixelated cyan blur.
Either way it's a hardcoded system. I'd love to have a script that allowed more control over this.

Second-is there a chance of a "mixed" kind of texture mod, which gives random colours each of the planets at night?
Aslike one Planet has Cyan, another white, others green?
It has less noise as well, so the circular shapes are more defined on the planet surface.
