Hello Tinysaurus! I was wanting to addon to the species classes in my Stellaris mod "Species of Stellaris" and your additions here in Star Falls are perfect as an addition for some species class portraits. I was looking if I can be granted permission to use the mod in this way. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.

I've been checking back almost weekly to see if this is updated- one of my favorites on the workshop.
If you have no plans to try making it compatable with the current version May I attempt to see if I can get this one working again?
I've found where my personal picture mods downloaded from steam onto my new machine, so I could probably search the folders for the code for the mod, to experiment.

I will not proceed to even search without your permission, if yes and publish is alright with you will not take any credit..

Just a bump to ask for a portrait only mod, I.E. no shipsets or custom races; this can be a quick post with little to no maintenance required, city sets don't require much updating either but I digress, would be nice to use these even after updating becomes hard

@Crusader Vanguard That's alright dude hope everything goes well for you! For what it's worth, the mod appears to work without any issues as-is. Fallback models will be used where required and the name lists could be updated to include the new ship classes and remove the legacy items like other military stations. There doesn't appear to be any work required to "make it go".

@isaac17123 - I don't know. My PC has crashed and I will need time to purchase replacement parts. Even if this wasn't so, my personal life is at an important crossroads so my focus is on reality right now. This means that my days of modding Stellaris are probably over. Patch 2.0 is as good a time to get out as any, as this patch basically rewrites the game.

I cannot speak for Miss Nobody, but if she can find another person to help her with the coding aspects, this mod may continue.

I thought Paradox fixed everything with Patch 1.9.1. This isn't a mod I check often. I'll look into this when I can.

@Scrambles - What did I tell everyone. Paradox manages to screw modders one way or the other with these updates, but I guess portrait mods are more valuable than ship classs mods. Oi. *Sigh.*

Anyway, if and when a fix arrives, I will be sure to do anything I can to make this work, but like with Patch 1.8, there isn't anything I can do on my end that I know of.

It looks like the previous issue (from October) around custom empires failing to spawn is back in 1.9 - seems to be impacting all (from what I can tell) mods that add new custom species (Asari, Elves etc.).

@Otto Abnormalverbraucher - Only way to do that is to overwrite vanilla files, which is "avoided at all costs" by modders by practice, unless their mod "overhauls" a subject matter (like say planet habitability), then they overwrite what they need only. Overwriting, on a whole, is to be avoided if at all possible, so we cannot do anything about that unfortunately.

@Twiggymc - It's a glitch of the vanilla game. To fix it, activate this mod when you start a new game with Hanna (or any other protrait tab you have the Machine Authority with).

I tried using Hanna as Driven assimilators but i can't build new population, i start the pop to build it says its build speed is 0 then after about 5 seconds the pop just cancels its self, ive confirmed its only hanna doing this

@Rosenwinkel - That sounds like NSC's Guardian systems, or at least some of them. Do you have that active? How often do you see these systems?

Am using this mod for the first time and something interesting is going on. Around the galaxy there are systems each with 3 planets of 25 tiles, extraordinarily buffed resources, and no tile blockers. There are also regular systems with regular planets. Any ideas?

@nero-cavaliere - You should thank Miss Nobody for all this. This is her vision, all I did was help her code it. She is having to deal with reality right now, but she wants to get back to creating more empires. She also has backstories for all these, but couldn't finish them due to reality.

Hannah is a machine empire because the "robot" empire is rather messed up and right now it is just easier to make Hannah a Machine Empire (after all, she is literally a clone of a clone of a clone LOL).

@Crusader sorry, i didn't realize machine traits were different (finally i will play the expansion too ehehe) was just a little surprise for Hannah with the machine traits but that's not a real problem ;D

@nero-cavaliere - As far as I can tell, the "one trait point" with "4 picks left" is correct. Can you not choose more than one trait? Or do you just have one trait "point" with 4 max traits? I need to figure out how the Machine Trait is applied.

Hello there! Hannah custom empire does not work! First of all the traits are artificial (dunno if it is wanted) but even if i don't reach the traits limit cap (which is 1) it doesn't work :(

@EVERYONE - Fixed the coding so that the custom prescripted empires should spawn in your games when asked to. Apologizes everyone for the miss on this particular coding change.

@EVERYONE - I have updated this mod to function with Patch 1.8.2. I believe I have found all the errors and changed over everything necessary. Please let me know if you guys find anything off. Have fun!
