I LOVE this but everything in the collection says Outdated and description removed.... is there an ALTERNATIVE or a new mod somewhere that I'm missing?

Adding potholes to roads is SO realistic to me. I nevrer knew I needed this mod and here it is and then it was snatched away

Holy sh... this is awesome.
I'm in love with your road decals, they let looks all roads more interesting and much more realistic. Okay to use this decals on all roads would be weird, so that the city have a road maintenance problem.

Here is a small example how cool and better the default textures can look with some decals:
