I really like this asset. Is there a non corner version of it? Unfortunately my whole city is full of these buildings due to its corner variant.

About 25h for this one. You need a 3d modelling program and a texture editor, like photoshop.

That is really cool, so how much effort does it take to do something like that and what is required?

the thing with corner-builings is the following (i am 99% sure): the only corner buildings there are in the game are 3x4 and 4x4 commercial high and a 4x4 office building. those exist as lvl1, lvl2 and lvl3 each.
but there are no residential corner buildings in the base-game (as far as i know) and so this building will never grow. any subscriber would need to have a lvl1,2,3&4 residential high building with a 4x4 footprint. if not, this buidling will only be usable as a ploppable rico.
