All of the Riverpark Shopping Center Pack is nice but 9f you can make them ploppable. If you can then thanks but please make them ploppable.

Thanks man, I will check it out. I tried creating a custom zone that only had stripmall buildings but ended up with like 10 dollar trees and 3 of the same bank lol

You need ploppable RICO mod to select these buildings. If you don't have this, then waiting for the buildings to appear will take ages, literally, before RICO I was f-ing frustrated to wait for the buildings to finally appear.

How exactly do I place this manually?
