The style of the building is great. I find it makes for a very good upper class restaurant in a more wealthy area. The colors are a bit bright, but not too oversaturated. The smaller building is missing one of its sides though, and the grass is a bit too bright for my liking. Overall a 7/10. I'll be using this in my city :)

I unsubscribed from this asset, after seeing it in game. I found the textures too colorful, toy-like, and overall lacking in refinement. The building is an akwardly large landscraper and lacks detail. There are a number of playability issues as well. Keep trying ... you will get there!

The size and everything is just fine, I just want to be able to add my own planters/tiles around it. And do other stuff with it using building anarchy in which the base gets in the way, since the tiled area gets raised along with the rest of it.

I know it's been awhile and you might not want to be bothered to come back to this asset, but would it be too much of a pain to make a version without the tiled area? Just the building itself?

This building is so nicely done and I give thumbs up for that =)

Why i should modify your building? I didn't changed anything and know the problem if you have a local file of an asset in the library.

I use only one of them(subscribe only to this and my local asset folder is empty).
But i can place this building and its work.

@[CTC] Dexter, are you have - Duplicate name error? Are you dont change this model is asset editor? If no, try subscibe agane.
I can only tell that this error at me appears often after the last update of a game. After I subscribe for the object in Workshop. To avoid it at itself. I just delete an object from the asssets folder.
But I don't know how to avoid duplication of names as before these mistakes wasn't.
P.S. and still I will add that this error appears not at all players.

I love your work and all works fine but for this one i get a duplicate error.
In game i can place the asset without problems, the error comes only one times when i join a savegame.
