Tried this recently as I was bored with the long wait until you level up at higher levels (when no exploits are used). Works like it says on the tin! Great mod IMO, takes the grind out of the game,

Anyone got this working? I'm on the workshop install.

I got a pop up, I have the illusion spell...tried going in and out of the menu and my install points aren't there.

Tried levelling up and still nothing. And casting the spell removes a soul but doesn't give me a point in return.

Anybody else struggling?

No reason it shouldn't, make sure you have all the requirements!

For people complaining about requirement of using skyui, don't use it then, you just wont have the menu to change the options

Not a fan of being required to use SKYUI, I find that mod makes the menus much slower.

Review:

Probably considered a cheat but I really like it. It's not too much at once, and makes you feel like you've at least earned the points. I've played the vanilla version enough to see a big difference and it doesn't take anything away from the experience, in my opinion - if anything it just expedites the "pace" of the game so it's not so grueling to gain points throughout the playthrough.

I did a manual
1. install .esp and bsa into data folder then the 5 .pex into scripts folder
2. checking the box at startup in Data.
3. relaunch through SKSE ...crash
then saw you hadit in workshop

1. unistalled all previous work
2. subed
3. ran vanilla..... yea it was there and I checked it in Data ...again
4 launched through SKSE .....crashed
5 checked install in skrim/data folder both .esp and .bsa were there but subbing didnt install the
.pex files into / scrpts folder
6. manually installed .pex files from Nexus.....crashed

erm.....i'm stuck

Yes, the requirement is that you have some form of SkyUI installed and functioning correctly. Either that be the actual version or the alternative without the inventory menu.

the spell messsed up with outs skyui probably bcause it lost configuration as it was set to 1 dragon soul for 0 perk point its problem is with the fact i don't have skyui there for i don't balme you for anything

You have not given me any details indicating the root of the problem and therefore, can not help fix your issue without further information.

i don't like the way skyui looks and i tried configuring the mod with skyui and then deleting it but it's just messed the mod up

The menu requires SKYUI to function correctly as it is built off there base.

Why do I have to use SKYUI?

It means SKYUI is not installed correctly if you don't see the menu. You should see Mod Configuration when you press Escape and in there is the menu.

I have downloaded and followed instructions, when i logged in i had the ekstra points because my character was already lvl 16, but the menu for where i put so i actually gain exstra every level is not there, tried forcing it manually but it still dindt work, any ideas as to why? :)

You don't receive your extra perk points until you close the perk menu and open it again.

I have it set to give +1 perk point every level (2 per level total), but I still only get 1 per level. I did get the installation points, though. I'm also using perksUI.

If you are talking about the variants in the SKYUI menu, you can only have one active at a time.

You need to be level 252 to aquire every perk point in the game. There are 180 different perk upgrades, but 251 if you count the different ranks of these perks. With every box checked off, you will have about 220 perk points at level 81, if I did the math right.

Yes David you will. If you don't want the extra points you got, there is an option in the menu to remove them.

If your asking if the mod will work without SKYUI then it can. It will work without it, but, you won't have the ability to customize and will be persistent with default settings. The default settings are as appear in the SKYUI menu screenshot on this mod page.

As William has suggested, try installing the mod SkyUI-Away and that should help. Sorry that you have to have SKYUI but it is required for this mod, although simple in theory, to have customization.

For those who don't like SkyUI, there's a mod called SkyUI-Away (IIRC) that reverts the UI changes while keeping the Mod Configuration Menu.
